The rack and cage options include 24/7 access, and pricing is handled on request because each deployment depends on required rack space, location, power design, network capacity, operational needs and any project-specific infrastructure requirements. This combined plan is suitable for organizations that want to retain ownership and direct control over their hardware while moving the physical environment into a professional data-center setup.

Anexia colocation and housing is built for companies that want their own infrastructure placed in professional data-center space instead of running it in an office or in an unsuitable server room. The service range covers anything from a simple rack unit to individually lockable rack sections, full racks and dedicated cage environments for customer-owned equipment. Technical support is available around the clock, with reaction times of no more than 30 minutes, and a preparedness structure is used so that assistance is not limited to normal business hours. The colocation environment is connected to Anexia's broader global infrastructure, which is intended to reduce the complexity of international projects, language barriers and location-specific administration. Power quality is treated as a core infrastructure feature: systems use n+1 redundancy, at least two power supplies on different power phases, UPS-backed phases and diesel generator coverage that can supply the data center for up to 72 hours if both phases fail.
