Mailburst includes subscriber-list management, segmentation, delivery scheduling, bounce handling, unsubscribe processing, campaign statistics, autoresponders, drip campaigns, subject-line A/B testing, and a visual email editor with HTML access.

Mailburst Pro adds managed campaign services such as planning, template design, account administration, campaign delivery, optimization, and reporting. It is better suited to businesses that want Alveni Cloud to operate their email marketing rather than merely provide access to the sending platform.

Domain registration covers common generic and country-code extensions, including .com, .net, .org, .us, .com.mx, and .mx. Alveni Cloud has more than 16 years of experience as an authorized .MX domain provider. Domains are registered using the customer’s ownership information rather than remaining under the hosting company’s name.

Domain transfers are supported, and an additional registration year is normally included when permitted by the relevant registry. Customers should still check whether a particular country-code extension supports the standard transfer and renewal process.

Every shared hosting plan includes a basic Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate. Commercial certificates from GeoTrust and DigiCert are available for customers needing wildcard coverage, organization validation, extended validation, or a longer-established certificate brand.
