all2all is an independent Belgian hosting and Internet infrastructure provider based in Brussels, operating through the non-profit association Moving Art Studio ASBL/VZW. The all2all network has been active since 1999, while Moving Art Studio itself dates back to 1994, when it was created by a group of artists including Vincent Matyn, Jens-Ingo Brodesser, Christoph Draeger, Frédéric Jadoul and David Deboudt. Its roots in electronic art, cryptography, GNU/Linux and free software still influence the technical direction of the hosting operation today.

Unlike large commercial hosting brands built around extensive upselling and proprietary ecosystems, all2all follows a relatively straightforward infrastructure model based largely on free and open-source software. Customer revenue finances servers, connectivity, datacenter capacity, maintenance and further development of the network.

The current service portfolio includes Shared Web Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Email Hosting, Mailing Lists, Domain Registration, DNS Management, VPS, Dedicated Linux Servers, Managed Migrations, Server Administration, Infrastructure Consulting, Server Maintenance and Recovery Services. Colocation has also been part of all2all's infrastructure business for many years, although the older colocation agreement applied only through the end of 2025 and newer arrangements are handled under updated contractual conditions.

A particularly important technical advantage is that all2all operates its own Internet network under AS44312 through Moving Art Studio ASBL/VZW. It is also a RIPE NCC member and Local Internet Registry, giving it direct responsibility for IP resources and BGP routing rather than relying entirely on another hosting provider's network.

The current Shared Hosting lineup is intentionally simple, with three plans. Simple provides 3 GB of web storage, 30 GB of mail storage, one domain, one mailbox, one database and HTTPS. Recommended increases capacity to 30 GB of web storage, 100 GB of mail storage, five domains, up to ten mailboxes and five databases. Complete includes 300 GB of web storage, 300 GB of mail storage, ten domains, more than ten mailboxes and fifteen databases.

Server administration is handled by all2all on shared hosting, making these plans practical for customers who do not want responsibility for maintaining the underlying Linux operating system. At the same time, the environment remains unusually flexible for more technical users.

WordPress Hosting can be prepared as part of a hosting account without an extra installation fee. Gutenberg is available as the standard WordPress editor, while Elementor, WooCommerce and other plugins can be installed as needed. Automatic security updates reduce routine maintenance work for normal WordPress installations.

The shared environment supports PHP, Perl, Python, shell access, Git, Subversion, Hugo, Pandoc, rsync and Aider. Database options include MariaDB/MySQL, PostgreSQL and SQLite depending on the application. SSH access and command-line deployment tools make the service considerably less restrictive than typical entry-level shared hosting.

Email infrastructure is separated from the web hosting servers, both technically and administratively. This allows website access to be delegated without automatically providing access to company email accounts. IMAP, POP, authenticated SMTP and webmail are supported, together with spam and malware filtering. SPF, DKIM and other relevant DNS records can also be configured.

Standard mailbox anti-abuse limits include a maximum of 20 recipients in a single message and 199 recipients during a rolling 24-hour period. These restrictions make the normal mail service suitable for personal and organizational communication rather than bulk mailing.

The VPS Libre range uses KVM virtualization, NVMe storage and GNU/Linux. Every VPS includes a dedicated IPv4 address, root SSH access and a choice between Debian and Ubuntu LTS.

VPS Libre S includes 2 vCPU, 2 GB RAM and 40 GB NVMe storage. Libre M provides 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM and 80 GB NVMe. Libre L increases resources to 4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM and 160 GB NVMe, while Libre XL provides 6 vCPU, 16 GB RAM and 320 GB NVMe.

These VPS plans are unmanaged at operating-system level. Customers remain responsible for software installation, updates, application security and their own data, while all2all handles the physical host, virtualization platform, network infrastructure and hardware-level monitoring. Additional system administration, security work and migration assistance can be purchased separately.

Dedicated Servers are more customized than the standard VPS range. They can be designed around Linux infrastructure, virtualization, high availability, load balancing, dedicated mail platforms, Nextcloud, monitoring, network design, migrations and infrastructure modernization. This approach is particularly suitable for businesses and organizations needing direct technical engineering instead of a fixed catalogue of generic bare-metal configurations.

Domain services include registration, transfers, DNS hosting and DNSSEC where supported. Common extensions include .be, .eu, .org, .net and .com, with additional extensions available when required. For .be domains, all2all works as a registered DNS Belgium agent. Domains can also use all2all DNS while remaining registered elsewhere.

The website and customer information are available in English, French, Dutch and German, making the service well localized for Belgium and neighboring European markets. Hosting and domain prices are charged in EUR (€).

The infrastructure underwent significant modernization during 2026. The remaining legacy shared-hosting servers were retired in July, bringing hosting accounts onto a more consistent environment. Mail infrastructure was consolidated onto four servers running Debian 13, while routing and network components were also renewed, including replacement of older routers and migration from Quagga to FRR.

Privacy is another notable characteristic of all2all. The main website is statically generated with Hugo, while server logs are retained for security, diagnostic and maintenance purposes rather than advertising profiling. Customer information is used for service administration, billing, support and legal obligations and is not sold for advertising purposes.
