AlbHost owns the server hardware used for its services and operates its own network under AS48014. This provides greater control over routing, IP allocation and server deployment than a conventional reseller-based hosting business. The company is also a RIPE NCC member and offers LIR-related services for organizations that require an ASN, IPv6 resources or sponsored IP space.

The website is available in English and Albanian, and products are billed in euros. This makes the service especially practical for customers in Kosovo and Albania, while the English interface supports customers from other European and international markets.

Albanian IP geolocation does not always mean that the physical server is located in Albania. Depending on the selected service, infrastructure may be deployed in Albania, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland or another available location. Customers with regulatory, latency or data-residency requirements should confirm the exact physical location before activation.

Dedicated servers are divided into Basic and Premium ranges. Available hardware includes AMD Ryzen, AMD EPYC, Intel Core i7, Intel Core i9 and Intel Xeon processors.

Basic configurations generally use 1 Gbps connectivity with unmetered or high-volume traffic allowances. Premium systems can include 10 Gbps ports, 330 TB or 500 TB of monthly traffic, large NVMe arrays and memory configurations exceeding 1 TB.

Dedicated server delivery normally takes between one and four days, depending on hardware availability and the selected configuration. Basic DDoS protection and an initial security configuration are available, but dedicated servers are primarily unmanaged. Customers remain responsible for operating-system administration, software updates, application security and routine maintenance unless a separate management service is purchased.

Domain services cover registration, renewal and transfer, together with DNS administration, nameserver management, WHOIS tools and privacy functions where supported. Albanian .AL registrations may require manual registry processing and can take one or more business days.
