Akky is a Mexican domain registrar, shared hosting provider, and digital services company operated by Akky Online Solutions, S.A. de C.V. from Monterrey, Nuevo León. The Akky brand was established in 2012, while its experience with Mexican domain names and Internet resources extends back through NIC México for more than three decades.

Domain registration remains one of Akky’s strongest areas. It was the first domain registrar from Mexico to obtain ICANN accreditation and operates under IANA ID 1705. Its domain portfolio includes .mx, .com.mx, .com, .net.mx, .net, .org.mx, .lat, .xyz, .cc, .tv, .mom, .lol, and .autos, together with restricted Mexican extensions such as .gob.mx and .edu.mx. Customers can register and transfer domains, perform bulk searches, check WHOIS information, use DNS diagnostic tools, and generate domain-name ideas with artificial intelligence.

The hosting portfolio concentrates on Linux shared hosting. Akky does not offer VPS, dedicated server, reseller hosting, or colocation plans. Its three shared hosting packages include between 25 GB and 100 GB of SSD storage, support for multiple websites, email accounts, FTP access, databases, parked domains, subdomains, cPanel, a DV SSL certificate, WordPress installation, two backups per week, and 24/7 technical assistance.

Hosting Básico includes 25 GB of SSD storage, support for three domains, ten email accounts, ten subdomains, two FTP accounts, one database, and five parked domains. Akky also provides an AI-assisted website builder for customers who prefer a simpler alternative to conventional hosting. It includes a drag-and-drop editor, responsive templates, domain connection, storage, unlimited bandwidth, appointment tools, SEO functions, visitor statistics, and collaboration features. The online store edition supports as many as 1,000 pages or products, multiple payment and shipping methods, multilingual storefronts, and integrated product search.

Managed WordPress packages are available for customers who need a completed business website rather than a self-service platform. These packages include a one-page website, contact forms, service sections, maps, image galleries, testimonials, social links, WhatsApp integration, basic SEO, mobile optimization, SSL, backups, and full WordPress administrator access. Standard delivery takes approximately ten business days. The Plus package includes additional sections, more photographs, expanded storage, additional testimonials, and visual animation.

Managed WooCommerce packages follow a similar structure for online stores. They include WordPress and WooCommerce installation, mobile optimization, payment-processor configuration, initial product entry, contact forms, business information, SSL, backups, and full administrator access. Renewals continue the managed WordPress environment with SSD storage, a firewall, anti-hacking protection, CDN acceleration, SSL, and 24/7 assistance for technical failures.

Professional email can be purchased independently of hosting. The available packages include 5 GB, 10 GB, and 50 GB mailboxes with custom-domain addresses, antispam and antivirus protection, webmail through App Suite, calendars, contacts, tasks, message filters, and an advertising-free interface. Optional upgrades add storage, online document-editing tools, and encryption for messages and attachments.

The SSL range includes DV, OV, and EV certificates. RapidSSL covers one domain and normally has a short issuance period. GeoTrust True BusinessID adds company validation and a dynamic trust seal, while the Thawte EV certificate verifies both the organization and its physical address. Encryption of up to 256 bits is supported, and eligible certificates can be installed on more than one server.
