📄 Editorial Review

AGM Web Hosting is an Indian hosting, domain registration and web-services provider founded in 2013 and operated by AGMSYS Infotech Pvt. Ltd. The company is headquartered in New Delhi and also maintains business locations in Gurugram, Bangalore and Kathmandu. Its reach extends beyond India through the Nepal operation and international sales channels, while the organization has grown into the 51–200 employee range.

The company works with customers in multiple markets through Global, India and Nepal storefronts. English is the primary website language. Pricing is localized according to market, with currencies including INR, USD, KES and NPR available across the different ordering environments. This regional approach is particularly useful for customers in South Asia because billing methods, pricing and some commercial conditions can be tailored to the local market.

The current product range covers Linux Shared Hosting, Linux Reseller Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Linux VPS, Dedicated Servers, domain registration, reseller domains, SSL certificates, business email, website backup and security services. AGM also provides website design, web development, CMS development, e-commerce development, SEO and related digital services, making it broader than a provider focused exclusively on server space.

Linux shared hosting is aimed primarily at individuals, small companies and customers launching relatively modest websites. SSD storage, cPanel, Softaculous application installation, email accounts, databases, FTP access and R1Soft backups are included across the main Linux packages. Multi-domain plans provide additional resources and allow several websites under one hosting account.

Linux reseller hosting adds WHM alongside cPanel, allowing agencies and developers to create individual hosting accounts for their own clients. AutoSSL, account migration and reseller management features make these plans suitable for small web agencies that want to sell hosting without managing their own physical infrastructure.

WordPress hosting combines SSD storage, cPanel, Softaculous, SSL and daily R1Soft backups with a hosting environment intended specifically for WordPress websites. It represents a practical middle ground between basic shared hosting and a VPS for customers who want WordPress-oriented hosting without taking responsibility for server administration.

Backup services include CodeGuard, with automated daily off-site backups, file-change monitoring, malware detection and restoration capabilities. Backup storage uses Amazon Web Services S3 infrastructure. SSL certificates are available from established certificate authorities including RapidSSL and GeoTrust.

Linux VPS hosting is available with SSD and NVMe storage. NVMe configurations range from relatively small virtual servers with around 1 vCPU and 2 GB RAM to substantially larger systems reaching 8 vCPUs, 32 GB RAM, 500 GB NVMe storage and 16 TB transfer. Root access is included, with operating-system choices such as Ubuntu, Debian and CentOS. Customers requiring a graphical management environment can add supported control-panel licenses.

Dedicated servers provide isolated hardware resources, root-level administration, operating-system choice and optional server-management services. These plans are better suited to high-traffic websites, application hosting, larger databases and customers who need predictable CPU, memory and disk resources without virtualization contention.

Windows hosting is no longer part of AGM's normal active hosting range. Older Windows shared, reseller and VPS configurations remain associated with technologies such as Plesk, ASP.NET, IIS and Microsoft SQL Server, but Windows Hosting Services have been discontinued. Customers requiring Microsoft hosting should therefore confirm whether any Windows-based service can still be supplied before making plans around those older packages.

Some older technical information still references previous software generations such as PHP 5.x, MySQL 5.6, Plesk 9.2 and older Microsoft technologies. For new deployments, current runtime versions should be confirmed before choosing a package, especially when modern PHP frameworks, CMS releases or application dependencies require recent software.
