Afacerver is a small Estonian web hosting and domain provider established in 2009. AFACERVER OÜ was registered on March 2, 2009, and its founder, sole shareholder, board member, and beneficial owner is Dmitri Barõbin. The company has therefore remained under consistent ownership throughout more than 17 years of operation.

Afacerver follows a more personal service model than large automated hosting brands. Its work covers hosting account management, website migration, configuration, email setup, technical maintenance, proactive monitoring, and assistance with urgent WordPress problems. This makes the service particularly suitable for small companies, local online stores, organizations, and website owners who prefer direct technical help rather than managing every server and application task independently.

Service is available in Estonian, Russian, and English, while the client area also includes Finnish. Products are priced in euros, which makes billing straightforward for customers in Estonia and elsewhere in the European Union.

The central product is Linux shared hosting, divided into PRIME, PRO, and PROplus packages. Every account includes cPanel, selectable PHP versions, unlimited email accounts, unlimited domains and subdomains, unlimited databases, cron jobs, Let’s Encrypt SSL certificates, website virus scanning, one-click WordPress installation, and approximately 14 days of server backups.

PRIME costs €9.99 per month and is intended for company presentation websites, personal projects, and smaller informational sites. It includes 250 GB SSD storage, 500 GB monthly traffic, 2 vCPU cores, 2 GB RAM, and 300,000 inodes. These limits are generous for an entry-level shared hosting package and provide enough capacity for several ordinary websites under one account.

PRO costs €19.99 per month and is intended for online stores, larger WordPress installations, and websites with higher processing requirements. The package includes 1 TB monthly traffic, 6 vCPU cores, 6 GB RAM, and 600,000 inodes. AccelerateWP, Smart Advice, and X-Ray tools are also included for identifying WordPress performance problems, slow plugins, inefficient code, and application bottlenecks.

The PRO storage specification should be confirmed before ordering. The main hosting catalog gives 500 GB SSD, while the client-area order configuration still gives 250 GB SSD for the same package. The final storage allocation should therefore be included clearly in the quotation or order confirmation.

PROplus, starting at €49.99 per month, is a customized managed hosting environment for customers who need more resources and closer technical supervision. Processor capacity, memory, SSD space, monthly traffic, and inode limits are configured according to the project. The package includes cPanel, MariaDB 10.6, a dedicated IP address, advanced monitoring, and more extensive website assistance. Customers must discuss the required configuration with Afacerver before payment.

A separate VPS, VDS, and reseller hosting category is available through the client area, but these services are supplied through individual quotations rather than fixed public configurations. The €1 amount visible in the ordering system is only a placeholder and is not the actual price of a deployable service.

Standard PRIME, PRO, and PROplus packages cannot be commercially resold to third parties. Customers planning to operate a hosting business need a dedicated reseller arrangement or a separately configured managed-server solution.

Afacerver also handles domain registration, transfer, and renewal. Representative annual prices include .ee at €12, .com at €16, .eu at €12, .net at €17, .org at €17, .info at €11, .fi at €20, .lv at €23, .lt at €16, and .ru at €20. Additional generic and country-code extensions are available through the client portal.

Website, database, and email migration from another provider is included without charge. The previous hosting account can remain active until the customer confirms that the migrated website operates correctly, helping avoid unnecessary downtime during the transfer.

Critical website repairs, initial configuration, email setup, and recovery assistance are included for hosting customers. Larger development assignments, redesign work, application upgrades, custom programming, and continuous website administration are charged separately. A standalone WordPress update service costs €50 per year.

Some older Afacerver URLs remain active beside the newer multilingual interface, and several specifications, deadlines, and contractual details are not fully synchronized across every section. Customers ordering an important business service should retain the final quotation, invoice, and written resource allocation.
