Adclic Hosting is a Venezuelan web hosting and cloud-services provider legally established on March 17, 2011. The business operates through ADCLIC CORPORATION INC C.A., registered under RIF J-31178352-0, and is managed by founder and CEO Josué Fuentes. Its hosting experience began several years before the Adclic company was incorporated, through earlier technology activities developed under COMO TU QUIERAS PRODUCTION C.A.

The company serves more than 3,500 customers and has expanded beyond Venezuela through commercial operations connected with Panama, Argentina, and the United States. Its team falls within the 11–50 employee range, giving Adclic a larger operational structure than many small Latin American hosting brands.

Its portfolio combines Linux shared hosting, WordPress hosting, cloud VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration, SSL certificates, professional email, transactional email, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, radio streaming, website security, productivity applications, software licenses, and server-management add-ons. Reseller hosting remains covered by the service terms, although it is not part of the main orderable product range.

The standard Cloud Hosting service is divided into Inicial, Pyme, Empresa, and Corporación packages. These plans use SSD NVMe storage, LiteSpeed, free SSL certificates, assisted website migration, unlimited databases, unlimited monthly transfer, professional email accounts, and automatic installers for WordPress and other popular content-management systems.

The Inicial package provides 10 GB of storage, 2 GB RAM, ten email accounts, and support for one website. Larger plans increase the available storage, memory, email capacity, and number of hosted domains. The Corporación package reaches 100 GB of storage, 5 GB RAM, 100 mailboxes, and support for ten domains. PostgreSQL is available with the Empresa and Corporación packages.

These shared-hosting plans are suitable for company websites, blogs, landing pages, portfolios, WordPress projects, and smaller e-commerce stores. Resources are still governed by storage, memory, inode, and acceptable-use limits, despite the unlimited-transfer allowance. Websites requiring sustained processor usage, intensive database activity, or consistently high traffic are better suited to the VPS range.

A separate Amazon AWS Hosting service runs on infrastructure from Amazon Web Services. Its Pyme, Empresa, and Corporación packages provide 20 GB, 40 GB, or 60 GB of storage, together with cPanel, free SSL, an Elementor license, unlimited email accounts, unlimited databases, and unmetered traffic.

This AWS-based range gives customers access to a larger cloud platform without requiring them to configure AWS accounts, instances, networking, or control-panel software independently. It costs considerably more than conventional shared hosting, making it more appropriate for business customers that value the underlying cloud environment and managed hosting interface.

The Cloud VPS portfolio begins with VPS Pyme, which includes 4 GB RAM, two virtual processor cores, 60 GB SSD storage, 4 TB of monthly transfer, one IPv4 address, root access, VNC access, and free operating-system reinstallations. VPS Empresa increases the allocation to 8 GB RAM, four vCPU cores, and 120 GB SSD storage, while VPS Corporación reaches 16 GB RAM, eight vCPU cores, and 240 GB SSD storage.

Linux operating-system choices include CentOS, Debian, and Ubuntu. Windows Server is also available with selected configurations. Resources can be upgraded, additional IP addresses may be ordered, and customers retain full administrative access to their virtual machines.

The VPS service is primarily self-managed. Adclic remains responsible for the physical infrastructure, virtualization platform, network connectivity, and underlying hardware, while the customer manages operating-system updates, security configuration, applications, databases, and stored information. Administration and backup services can be purchased separately when internal technical expertise is unavailable.

The Dedicated Server range uses Intel Xeon processors, SSD storage, root access, one included IPv4 address, and transfer without a specified monthly quota. Available configurations provide 32 GB, 64 GB, or 128 GB RAM, with SSD capacity ranging from 480 GB to 1.92 TB.

Dedicated-server customers also receive operating-system reinstallation, migration assistance, monitoring options, hardware-level DDoS mitigation, and access to more than 90 operating-system distributions. Network interfaces support speeds of up to 1 Gbps, depending on the selected server and location.

As with the VPS range, dedicated servers are not fully managed by default. Hardware failures and infrastructure connectivity remain under Adclic’s responsibility, while software administration, application configuration, security, operating-system maintenance, and backups are handled by the customer unless additional management is purchased.

Domain registration covers widely used extensions such as .com, .net, and .org, together with Venezuelan domains including .com.ve, .org.ve, .net.ve, .edu.ve, and .gob.ve. Customers receive DNS administration, transfer protection, domain forwarding, and email forwarding. Assisted transfer support is also available, and eligible extensions normally receive an additional registration year after transfer.

Professional email is based on OX App Suite. The service provides 10 GB or 25 GB mailboxes, webmail, IMAP access, calendars, contacts, task management, spam protection, malware filtering, CalDAV, CardDAV, and migration tools. The Productivity edition adds online file storage and browser-based tools for editing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

The Email Marketing platform supports campaign packages ranging from 10,000 to 100,000 messages. Each package includes unlimited imported contacts, mailing lists, templates, subscription forms, campaign scheduling, automation, and delivery statistics. Credits remain valid for three months rather than resetting through a standard monthly subscription.

Cloud SMTP is designed for transactional messages generated by websites, online stores, account-management systems, applications, and internal business platforms. Monthly packages cover between 10,000 and 100,000 messages and include SMTP relay access, reports, contact segmentation, mailing lists, and autoresponder functions.

The WhatsApp Marketing platform is available with packages of 1,000, 2,500, or 5,000 messages. It connects to the customer’s WhatsApp account through a QR code, imports contacts from Excel, supports unlimited contact groups, and allows messages to be scheduled.

Campaign administration remains under the customer’s control. New accounts should be gradually prepared before larger campaigns are attempted, and long delivery intervals help reduce spam complaints or account restrictions. WhatsApp policies still apply regardless of the purchased message allowance.

Adclic also offers radio streaming at 192 Kbps with unlimited listeners, AutoDJ storage, an HTML5 player, mobile-device compatibility, and remote installation assistance. This service is suitable for online radio stations that need a hosted streaming platform without managing the broadcasting server independently.

Website-security packages use SiteLock technology for malware scanning, application monitoring, automatic cleanup, firewall protection, and CDN acceleration. Additional options include emergency malware removal, Elementor licenses, managed WordPress and plugin updates, and SQL Server licenses.

Web-scraping services remain visible in older parts of the service platform, although no active package is currently available for direct purchase. Bulk SMS and several digital-marketing products also belong to Adclic’s broader service history but are not central parts of the current hosting portfolio.

The company uses a modern, responsive main website together with an older client-management portal and several legacy regional sections. Some country-selection links are no longer active, while older regional product pages may still show previous configurations or prices. The final specification, billing currency, server location, and included resources should therefore be confirmed during checkout.

Spanish is the primary language for product information and support.
