ActiveCloud is a Belarusian hosting and cloud infrastructure provider operating since 2003. The business is run by Active Technologies LLC (ООО «Активные технологии»), based in Minsk and registered under number 690277669. Over more than two decades, the company has expanded from conventional web hosting into a considerably broader cloud and managed IT provider, serving individual website owners as well as companies that need virtual infrastructure, business applications, backup, storage, security, and managed administration.

ActiveCloud has around 100 employees, more than 13,000 customers in Belarus and Russia, and approximately 1,300 partners. The company operates within the Softline Group and has also participated in Belarus' Hi-Tech Park as a cloud provider. Its service structure is particularly business-oriented, with several technical support levels and infrastructure intended for both ordinary commercial workloads and organizations subject to more demanding information-security requirements.

Linux shared hosting remains the entry-level service. Mini, Grow, Team and SmartBox packages combine SSD storage with databases, email, DNS management, FTP, Git, cron tasks and, depending on the package, SSH access. Free Let's Encrypt SSL certificates, backups and security protection are included. New customers can use a 14-day free hosting trial, while website migration assistance is also available.

The Linux hosting platform accommodates both older and newer applications through support for multiple PHP generations, including legacy PHP 5.x branches and current PHP 8.x releases. This makes it useful not only for new WordPress installations and company websites, but also for older projects that cannot immediately be migrated to the latest application stack.

WordPress Hosting adds an environment tailored to WordPress, with performance optimization, SSL, backups and development tools such as WP-CLI, Git and SSH. It preserves access to normal hosting administration rather than restricting customers to a simplified WordPress-only dashboard.

Bitrix Hosting is designed for the 1C-Bitrix ecosystem and is available with several resource levels. ActiveCloud also provides dedicated cloud environments for 1C and Bitrix, giving business applications more computing resources and isolation than conventional shared hosting.

CloudServer represents the company's modern VPS-style offering. KVM virtualization is used, while CPU, RAM, disk capacity and public IP resources can be selected independently. Both Linux and Windows systems are supported, resources can be resized as requirements change, and customers are not forced into only a small selection of rigid virtual-server configurations. This makes CloudServer suitable for web applications, development environments, databases, application servers and other workloads that need more control than shared hosting.

For larger installations, E-Cloud provides enterprise virtual infrastructure inside Tier III data center environments in Belarus and Russia. It combines compute resources with enterprise storage, monitoring and backup options and is aimed at customers that need infrastructure beyond a single VPS.

E-Cloud Protected extends the cloud platform with additional information-security controls for workloads subject to Belarusian regulatory requirements. The environment can include firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention, DDoS protection, antivirus technologies, backup and controlled administration.

The service portfolio also includes Active Kubernetes, object storage through ActiveStorage, cloud backup, ActiveDisk cloud storage, SmartMail and Self-Mail corporate email, monitoring as a service, server and infrastructure administration, website security audits, multi-factor authentication, WAF protection and other managed security services.

Additional products include SSL certificates, licensed software rental, Microsoft-related cloud software, a website builder and AI-oriented support automation. This places ActiveCloud closer to a regional cloud integrator than to a hosting company centered only on domains and shared hosting.

Domain registration remains part of the portfolio. ActiveCloud is an accredited registrar for .BY and .БЕЛ, while international extensions such as .COM, .NET and .ORG can also be ordered.

Classic VPS and dedicated-server services are also covered by the company's service and contractual structure, although CloudServer and enterprise cloud infrastructure now form a much more prominent part of the current portfolio.

The website has a modern layout suited to the company's cloud-oriented focus. Russian is the effective website language; complete English and Belarusian localized versions do not currently exist despite the corresponding language options. Belarusian services are generally priced in BYN, which is appropriate for the company's main domestic market but less convenient for international buyers accustomed to USD or EUR pricing.
