📄 Editorial Review

Ace Cloud Hosting is a specialized managed cloud provider focused far more on hosted business applications, virtual desktops, GPU workstations, cybersecurity, and managed IT than on conventional shared web hosting. The business operates under Real Time Cloud Services LLC (RTCS) and has built much of its reputation around accounting and tax software hosting. Founded in 2010, the company has grown to more than 20,000 users, over 600 domain experts, 10+ data-center locations, and a broad portfolio aimed primarily at businesses rather than entry-level website owners.

Accounting applications remain one of its strongest areas. QuickBooks Hosting supports QuickBooks Desktop in remotely accessible multi-user environments with dedicated infrastructure, managed setup, migration assistance, backups, security, and round-the-clock technical support. The available QuickBooks ecosystem covers Enterprise, Pro, Premier, Accountant, Premier Contractor, POS, Canadian editions, add-ons, and other Intuit-related applications. Ace Cloud Hosting is also an Intuit Authorized Hosting Provider for QuickBooks Desktop.

Its accounting catalog extends well beyond QuickBooks. Sage Hosting covers products such as Sage 50, Sage 100 ERP, Sage 300 ERP, Sage 500 ERP, Sage 100 Contractor, Sage 300 Construction, Sage X3, Sage BusinessWorks, Sage CRM, Sage HRMS, and Sage Fixed Assets. Tax Software Hosting includes applications such as Drake, Lacerte, ProSeries, ATX, UltraTax CS, ProSystem fx Tax, TaxAct, TaxWise, TaxSlayer Pro Desktop, Thomson Reuters software, Wolters Kluwer applications, Caseware Working Papers, AccountMate, and various practice-management tools. Multiple applications can be combined inside the same cloud workspace, which is useful for accounting and tax firms that otherwise maintain several local installations.

Desktop as a Service and VDI are another major part of the business. Ace Cloud Hosting provides cloud desktops, dedicated desktops, multi-session environments, Windows desktops, Linux virtual desktops, hosted virtual desktops, and GPU-enabled VDI. Citrix technology plays an important role in these services, including Citrix Cloud, Citrix Workspace, and Citrix Director. Security options include multi-factor authentication, CrowdStrike endpoint protection, centralized administration, controlled application access, and rolling backups.

The GPU cloud desktop range is particularly extensive. NVIDIA vGPU-powered environments are available for AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, SOLIDWORKS, Autodesk Inventor, Solid Edge, CATIA, TurboCAD, MicroStation, Autodesk 3ds Max, Maya, DaVinci Resolve, ComfyUI, Adobe applications, MATLAB, Bluebeam Revu, Blender, and other graphics-intensive software. This makes the platform suitable for CAD, BIM, engineering, rendering, media production, AI workloads, and other applications that benefit from dedicated graphics acceleration.

Ace Cloud Hosting has also developed a substantial Managed Cybersecurity portfolio. Available services include Managed Detection and Response, EDR, SIEM, email security, DNS filtering, network security, ransomware protection, endpoint security, SOC as a Service, CISO as a Service, vulnerability management, penetration testing, and security-awareness training. Governance, Risk & Compliance services include risk assessments, compliance support, SOC 2 assistance, vulnerability assessments, and Written Information Security Plans. Managed-security configurations combine technologies such as EDR, DNS filtering, email protection, SIEM, and DLP with continuous Security Operations Center coverage.

Managed IT Services extend the platform further with endpoint management, Microsoft 365 backup, endpoint backup, managed backup, disaster recovery, infrastructure monitoring, patching, identity and access services, cloud administration, and general IT operations. Backup options cover cloud systems, physical infrastructure, SaaS workloads, virtual machines, Microsoft 365, endpoints, and other business data.

The company website is modern and responsive, with its main commercial information available in English and pricing primarily expressed in U.S. dollars. Ace Cloud Hosting is therefore better viewed as a managed cloud, desktop, security, and application provider than as a traditional low-cost web-hosting company.
