5CloudHost is a Romanian cloud hosting brand operated by SC Virtono Networks SRL. The service started in 2019, while the parent organization has worked in the hosting industry through different brands since 2012. Catalin Draga has been associated with the project’s leadership, and the service operates within the wider Virtono hosting business.

The product range focuses on Linux shared cloud hosting and domain services. The hosting accounts combine cPanel, CloudLinux resource isolation, SSD storage, daily backups, SSL certificates and automated application installation. This is traditional managed shared hosting rather than an infrastructure cloud with root access, customizable virtual machines or hourly billing.

The most unusual part of the offer is the mandatory five-year billing period. Each hosting package is purchased and renewed in five-year blocks. The entire amount is paid when the order is placed, eliminating monthly invoices but requiring a substantially longer commitment than most shared hosting services.

Cloud Starter supports one domain and includes 5 GB of SSD storage, 512 MB of RAM, 50% of one CPU allocation and 20 entry processes. It is suitable for a personal website, a small presentation site or a lightweight WordPress installation.

Cloud Business increases the allowance to ten domains, 15 GB of SSD storage, 1 GB of RAM, one CPU allocation and 50 entry processes. This plan is more practical for customers maintaining several business sites, blogs or smaller client projects.

Cloud Enterprise supports unlimited domains and includes 50 GB of SSD storage, 2 GB of RAM, two CPU allocations and 100 entry processes. It provides enough capacity for a larger collection of moderate websites, although every account remains subject to shared-hosting resource limits.

Cloud Enterprise PLUS includes unlimited domains, 100 GB of SSD storage, 4 GB of RAM, three CPU allocations and 200 entry processes. It provides the highest resource allocation in the range and is associated with the Dallas hosting location.

All plans include email hosting, MySQL databases, subdomains, multiple PHP versions, firewall protection, web application firewall filtering, malware scanning and antivirus protection. Softaculous provides one-click access to more than 450 applications, including WordPress and other popular content management, ecommerce, forum and community platforms.

A one-click integration with Cloudflare adds CDN and security functionality directly from the hosting account. CloudLinux separates customers through individual LVE limits, helping prevent one account from consuming an excessive portion of the shared server’s CPU, memory or concurrent processes.

The unlimited traffic allowance is governed by fair-use thresholds. Cloud Starter is intended for approximately 1 TB of monthly traffic, Cloud Business for approximately 3 TB and Cloud Enterprise for approximately 6 TB. Accounts that repeatedly consume more than 5% of the server’s CPU, memory, disk I/O or database resources during a rolling 24-hour period may require optimization, restriction or migration to a stronger service.

The hosting is designed for personal sites, company websites, blogs, moderate online stores and standard WordPress projects. It is not intended for general file storage, remote backup repositories, scraping systems, public VPN services, intensive background processing, private blog networks or large groups of demanding WordPress installations.

Daily backups are included, but customers should still maintain independent copies of important websites and databases. Provider-side backups are useful for recovery, although they should not replace a separate backup strategy controlled by the website owner.

Domain registration and transfers are available through the customer portal. Supported extensions include common choices such as `.com`, `.net`, `.org`, `.biz` and `.info`. Eligible transfers normally add another year to the existing domain registration term.

The main company website is in English. The customer portal supports Arabic, Azerbaijani, Catalan, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Persian, French, German, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Macedonian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish and Ukrainian. The interface remains functional on modern desktop and mobile screens, although some technical sections contain older software references. Customers requiring a particular PHP version, web server configuration or application component should confirm compatibility before moving an existing website.
