21st Thailand Web Hosting is a Thailand-focused hosting and server provider operating since 2007. Its main advantage is infrastructure located in Bangkok, making the service especially relevant for websites, applications and online platforms that need a Thai IP address or reduced latency across Thailand and Southeast Asia.

The current operation is managed by Swift Server Tech Limited, a Hong Kong private company incorporated on July 23, 2024. Billing, account administration, orders and technical support are handled through the Serverly platform. The hosting brand itself has a much longer operating history than the present corporate structure and maintains a relatively small team focused on server hosting and infrastructure management.

The current service range concentrates on LXC VPS, KVM VPS and dedicated servers. Shared hosting and domain registration remain relevant for existing customers, although virtual servers and physical servers now form the core of the business. New domain registrations have not been accepted since 2024, and customers with existing domains are encouraged to transfer important names into registrar accounts under their direct control.

LXC VPS is the most economical option. Plans range from 512 MB to 8 GB RAM, one to four CPU cores, 10 GB to 240 GB SSD storage and monthly data allowances between 0.5 TB and 8 TB. Backup allocations range from 20 GB to 960 GB, and each package includes one Thai IPv4 address.

LXC virtualization is suitable for websites, development environments, lightweight databases, monitoring systems, VPN applications and smaller production services. Resources can be upgraded as requirements grow, although customers remain dependent on the operating-system templates and kernel environment maintained by the host platform.

KVM VPS provides stronger isolation and more complete virtualization. It is the better choice for applications requiring custom kernels, stricter resource separation or software that may not operate correctly inside an LXC container. KVM packages follow a resource structure similar to the LXC range but cost slightly more.

Both VPS families support Linux distributions such as CentOS, Debian and Ubuntu. Additional templates, including WordPress environments, are also available. Customers receive root and SSH access, allowing full administration of the operating system and installed applications.

Windows VPS is not available. Customers requiring Microsoft Windows can request it with selected dedicated-server configurations, subject to hardware compatibility and software licensing.

Dedicated servers provide exclusive physical resources for larger websites, databases, SaaS platforms, storage systems, email infrastructure and demanding business applications. Standard configurations begin with 8 GB RAM and extend to 32 GB RAM, while customized systems can provide 64 GB RAM or more.

The standard packages use SATA storage, with single-drive and RAID configurations available. Network connectivity normally begins at 100 Mbps and can be upgraded toward 1 Gbps. Data transfer is included without a fixed monthly traffic quota on the principal dedicated-server packages, although available throughput remains subject to the selected network configuration and shared infrastructure capacity.

Dedicated servers include full root access, Linux or Unix operating-system options, MySQL compatibility and support for PHP, Perl and Python. DDoS mitigation is included, while IPMI access can be requested for supported hardware. Additional storage, memory, IP addresses and bandwidth can be arranged during the ordering process.

Exact processor models are not consistently identified within the standard packages. Customers running CPU-sensitive applications should confirm the processor generation, core count and benchmark performance before ordering.

Server administration is primarily self-managed. Customers are responsible for operating-system maintenance, software updates, application security, password management and independent backups unless additional technical work has been arranged.

Legacy shared hosting uses cPanel and is hosted in Singapore rather than Bangkok. It remains suitable for existing small and medium-sized websites, but the company no longer maintains a prominent public shared-hosting catalog with clearly comparable current prices. New customers are directed mainly toward VPS or dedicated-server services.

The website has a modern responsive layout and works properly on desktop and mobile screens. Prices are primarily displayed in Thai baht, while the product descriptions, legal policies and account information are written mainly in English. Thai-language URL paths exist, but a complete Thai-localized shopping experience does not exist.

The service is mainly intended for customers in Thailand, Asia and other accepted international markets. Residents of the European Union and the United Kingdom are not accepted, which significantly limits its suitability for customers from those regions.

Thai content restrictions are applied strictly. Prohibited activities include gambling, adult content, phishing, malware distribution, unauthorized regulated products and services that violate Thai legal or governmental restrictions. Financial, pharmaceutical, alcohol, tobacco and cryptocurrency-related projects may require proof of appropriate licensing before activation.
