Millicom Completes Acquisition of Coltel in Colombia - 📅 - Subject to closing conditions, such as regulatory approvals, Millicom and Telefonica have reached a definitive agreement for Millicom to acquire Telefonicas controlling 67.5% ownership holding in Coltel, strengthening their presence in Colombia.
Additionally, Millicom has committed to paying the same purchase price per share as Telefonica for the remaining 32.5% of Coltel ownership held by La Nacin and other investors.
