(overture.com), announced today that it has launched Marketing Console, an online integrated marketing intelligence product that allows advertisers to measure the performance of their marketing campaigns across all online channels.

According to the Pasadena, California-based company, Marketing Console is designed to address challenges expressed by many advertisers, including the growing complexity of online marketing, lack of information about performance of various marketing tactics, unmeasured value from campaign investment and lost opportunities for growth.
Marketing Console comes with reporting capabilities that measure campaign performance, visitor search behavior and site traffic quality. Overture said this allows advertisers to save time, maximize their advertising dollars, improve conversion rates and ultimately assess the lifetime value of their customers.
"Our goal is to help advertisers and agencies focus on the right metrics to make more effective marketing decisions," said Steven Mitgang, senior vice president and general manager of Overture Performance Marketing. "Marketing Console provides advertisers with an easy-to-use dashboard to track all of their online marketing spend in a comprehensive manner."
Internet giant Yahoo! (yahoo.com) signed a definitive agreement in June to acquire Overture for $1.63 million in stock and cash.
