📅 - Mississippi-based carrier US NetworX (usnx.com) announced earlier this week that it has acquired WebDCI, a Web hosting provider that specializes in databases and Windows-based Web sites.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The company said that with the acquisition, customers of WebDCI will be able to access a wider range of services, including intranets, databases and dedicated servers. "WebDCI customers can expect superior value and support from the combined company," said David Crawford, CEO of U.S. NetworX. "We're dedicated to providing personalized hosting services to each of our business clients, and we look forward to working closely with the customers of WebDCI." U.S. NetworX said it expects to integrate WebDCI smoothly without disruptions in service after previously completing two acquisitions of Web hosting providers.
