The agreement will provide MTBC with managed hosting services including disaster recovery, enhanced security, remote monitoring and NeoSpire's STAR support services all from NeoSpire's secure data center in downtown Dallas.
MTCB, founded in 1994 by MCI, Nortel Networks, Fujitsu and Rockwell International, is a non-profit technology trade organization with more than 300 member companies in the Dallas-Forth Worth Area.
"Many hosting providers promise a lot of services for a little bit of money, but the quality of service and the reliability of security and infrastructure are suspect," said Mitch Gervis, CEO of NeoSpire. "Our approach is to deliver fail-safe, reliable solutions that keep mission-critical Web sites and applications running. Period. That's why MTBC, the Dallas Stars, The United Way and others have come to us."
