Nov 29, 2004 : SecureSpeed Offers Managed Web Hosting
📅 - Web hosting provider SecureSpeed (securespeedhosting.net) announced on Monday that it had introduced managed Web hosting solutions for small and medium sized businesses, offering domain name registration, Web site hosting, email hosting, Web design, online shopping carts and SSL certificates.
SecureSpeed says its services cater to both home and business users. Its instant online store and shopping cart wizard allow users to build and publish stand-alone stores, or add them to existing Web sites, in five steps. SecureSpeed also offers two types of secure SSL certificates, as well as wildcard versions, for multiple sub domains. "Our hosting competes dollar-for-dollar with the cheapest you'll find," says Christopher Hurley, CIO for SecureSpeed, LLC. "But our plans aren't cheap - they're affordable. Cheap, stripped-down hosting often comes from companies that don't own or even maintain their own servers. At SecureSpeed, LLC, we develop, run, maintain and support our state-of-the-art hosting plans, 24/7."
