Dec, 2004 : H-Realms Adds Flexibility to Hosting Plans
📅 - H-Realms Hosting (hrealmshosting.com -> ionos.com), the Web hosting division of non-profit group InnoCentric, said late last week that it has launched "Hosting Your Way," a program designed to attract customers by giving them more flexibility and options in drawing up their Web hosting plans.
"Our goal is to put the customer in control of their Web hosting quotas and features," says Brad Lockman, business relations manager for H-Realms Hosting. "If you need less space and more bandwidth, no problem ? 100MB and 1GB interchangeable quotas is free, with modest fees applying to additional space or bandwidth. Clients can also get more databases and more email."
The company also announced the appointment of Greg Hard as chief strategy officer. The position, says Lockman, will have him oversee and manage all of the company's strategic operations, increasing efficiency and quality of service. Hard will continue as the company's CEO while adding the new role, which is similar to the duties of the Web Services manager, a position Hard previously held.
"He will remain as both CEO of InnoCentric and CSO of H-Realms Hosting," says Kelly Varnet, public relations director for H-Realms Hosting. "He has done an excellent job as Web Services Manager. We are confident in his abilities and believe he will make an excellent CSO."
