The number of clients has dramaticallyincreased by 66 percent while churn rates have decreased by 50 percent.In an effort to support the customer service demands of thisconsiderable growth, H-Realms Hosting has increased its support staffby 400 percent.

"As usual, all of our support techniciansare in-house, hired and maintained by us and receive extensive trainingin customer server, Web hosting and cPanel," says Jon Daniels, customersupport supervisor for H-Realms Hosting. "The training we provideensures all customers deal with a knowledgeable representative thatunderstands the needs of that particular client."

A more holistic and individualizedapproach to providing Web hosting services is one of the contributingfactors of the growth. H-Realms has also changed its strategy andbusiness plan to include a "whole" approach, renovated the Web site andpackage structure and modified its support system to be more inclusiveand easier to use.
