Currently the company provides technical, billing and sales support. Customers can reach Last Digital's support staff via telephone, live chat, email and the Web site itself.
Last Digital says its new Web-based solution helps answer customer questions accurately and quickly, downloads relevant information from the library, submits a ticket to the related department and follows the status of the ticket and, finally, reads the company announcements.
A troubleshooter guides a customer through a series of questions to find the best solution, at which point the customer chooses an applicable category to learn how to solve specific problems, perform important procedures and read useful overviews. The download library features all the manuals, programs and other files categorized into a single area where customers can click on the filename to download the file.
