📅 - London-based Web hosting firm Last Digital (LastDigital.com -> fasthosts.co.uk) announced on Monday that it had unveiled its new Web site, designed according to customer feedback and in-house research to provide a smaller, fixed-format home page and easily navigated menu that make information easier to find.
According to the company, the new Web site is designed to facilitate the addition of more products, services and support items to address the requirements of customers. The company's customer support system adds greater depth to its Web hosting products, offering a set of solutions incorporating support tickets, domain registration, accounting information and automated billing. The company says it offers online real-time client invoices and statements. Bills can be paid from personalized control panels. And hosting accounts intelligently send support requests to staff with the appropriate skills and availability. "Quality assurance is the focus here at Last Digital, and that means that we are constantly seeking to provide the best service and programs, even at the cost of improvement any time the technology becomes available," notes Polat Alper, Last Digital CEO.
