📅 January 1, 2000 - Third party Web hosting software developer 4PSA (4psa.com) said on Wednesday that it had launched a new clients area on its Web site.
4PSA Clients Area 2.0, part of the 4PSA Business Automation initiative, is based on the company's belief that server automation tools by themselves are insufficient without the support of business automation concepts. It was designed according to feedback from partners. The new clients area enables customers to edit their accounts, download 4PSA software, technical documentation and marketing materials, list their company to the public 4PSA partners directory, manage license keys, purchase software and services and view their online orders. "This is the way 4PSA understands to do business. Our partners should spend less with administration and get more in the same time," says Frank Reilly, customer service manager for 4PSA. "Although the personal interaction is a pleasure for our team, automation can deliver results in seconds. We make people happy with our solutions. Now we want to make them spend more time enjoying life."
