📅 - Web host provider RoundBerry.com (roundberry.com -> hostinger.com) said on Wednesday it will donate 50 percent of all revenue generated from new account signups during 2005 to the United Way.
Since its inception five years ago, RoundBerry has made an effort to lead the technology industry in corporate conscience. RoundBerry employees have also donated their time to help with local charities as part of a previous year's goal.
"We believe that a company has a duty to the community. Our society needs companies to step up and take responsibility for social issues instead of relying on government," says RoundBerry.com president Rachel Daghir. "By making this commitment to charities we can do our part and help set an example."
