📅 June 6, 2006 - Email hosting service provider Webmail.us (webmail.us) announced on Monday it has experienced rapid growth during the past six months, adding 10,000 businesses to its email hosting system. The company reached a milestone last Wednesday and now hosts email for more than 20,000 businesses worldwide.

"We're seeing growth in both the retail and reseller sides of our business, even as competition from very large companies continues to intensify," says Patrick Matthews, CEO of Webmail.us. "We attribute the increased growth to our email-focused business strategy and the people that work here at Webmail."

The company is also planning a number of product releases in the near future, with plans to launch the first version of its next generation Web mail platform, codenamed Harbinger, in July. Webmail.us will integrate several new features and enhancements into the platform after the release.

Webmail.us, along with its growing community of private-label reseller partners, provides more than 20,000 small and medium businesses with email hosting protected from security threats facing corporate email systems including spam, computer viruses and phishing attacks.
