Cologix Expands Toronto Presence with TOR4 Buyout and TOR5 Deal

The Denver-based colocation and interconnection provider confirmed it has taken full ownership of TOR4, a hyperscale facility located in Markham, Ontario, by purchasing CIM Group's stake in the asset. The deal ends a joint venture between the two companies that was established to build and operate the site. Financial terms were not disclosed.
