EcoDataCenter Sells Three Swedish Data Centers to CapMan Infra

📅 April 29, 2025 - Three of EcoDataCenter's data centers are being strategically sold to CapMan Infra's data center platform. The companys two facilities in Stockholm and one in Pite are up for sale. This deal is a component of EcoDataCenter's long-term plan to concentrate even more on the planning, building, and management of massive data center complexes.

To further streamline their operations and concentrate on bigger campus projects, EcoDataCenter decided to dispose the data centers in Stockholm and Pite, which they bought in 2019 and 2020, respectively, after conducting a strategic evaluation.

The new funding is meant for Areims data center fund, which will be invested in EcoDataCenter, a Swedish operator.
