Sharon AI and New Era Helium Launch JV for Texas Net-Zero Data Center
📅 - New Era Helium, a U.S. producer of industrial gases including helium and natural gas, and Sharon AI, a high-performance computing (HPC) company specializing in artificial intelligence (AI), cloud GPU compute infrastructure, and cloud storage, have announced plans to establish a joint venture.
The proposed collaboration aims to design, construct, and operate a 90-megawatt net-zero energy data center in the Permian Basin.
While the joint venture agreement is still under negotiation and not yet finalized, the two companies have signed a non-binding letter of intent.
