Investor Cordiant Acquires Belgian Colocation Firm Datacenter United

📅 November 13, 2024 - Cordiant Digital Infrastructure, a digital infrastructure investment arm of Cordiant Capital, has announced its acquisition and merger plan for the data center operations of Belgiums Proximus Group and Datacenter United (DCU), aiming to strengthen its foothold in the European data center market.

Partnering with TINC and an additional Cordiant-managed fund, Cordiant will invest 92.3 million to secure a 47.5% stake in the newly formed Combined Group, which merges Proximuss data center operations with DCUs facilities.
