📅 - Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) reported lower-than-expected profit margins in its AI-focused server sales division, raising concerns about the profitability of its hardware business. According to Bloomberg, HPE's fiscal third-quarter adjusted gross margins stood at 31.8%, falling short of the 33.4% average forecast from analysts and lower than the same period last year.
HPE's Chief Financial Officer, Marie Myers, attributed this dip to a higher proportion of revenue coming from AI server sales.
