T5 Acquires Land in Atlanta for 300 MW Data Center Campus

The building, which is already designated for data center usage, is adaptable to accommodate power capacities of up to 300 megawatts (MW) and would be well-positioned for quick growth.

Located on a 91-acre property in Palmetto, this state-of-the-art multi-building complex will be an integral part of the IT infrastructure of the surrounding area. ATL IV will allow enhanced AI capabilities and deliver liquid cooling technologies, in keeping with T5's dedication to innovation.
