📅 - Miami I, one of the most highly networked data centers in the South Florida market, is now owned and operated by RadiusDC, a US company that specializes in highly connected urban data center locations. Miami I is situated in Sweetwater, Florida. Actis owns NextStream, a Latin American operator of data centers, and RadiusDC purchased Miami I.
RadiusDC is backed by IPI Partners, one of the largest privately held global investment platforms exclusively focused on data centers. The acquisitions financial conditions were not made public.

📅 - Zayo Study: 106% Surge in DDoS Attacks, $270K Loss per Incident - In its bi-annual Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) Insights Report, Zayo Group, a worldwide supplier of communications infrastructure, said that it has seen a 106% spike in DDoS attack frequency from H2 2023.
