Under the new deal, HostPC customers will receive free copies of tutorials for their Web sites with their company logo branded in every tutorial, a 10 percent discount on all tutorials for their resellers and a $50 gift certificate for all custom design work. DemoWolf has produced custom tutorials for HostPC customers featuring DirectAdmin and cPanel Web hosting control panels.
"We are proud to be partnered with DemoWolf, as they have an excellent product for our DirectAdmin and Cpanel customers, and will allow us to grow to other markets such as Plesk and Windows in the near future" says Joseph Mack, owner of HostPC. "We want to partner with many of the unique service providers, as they provide an excellent resource for our customers and have eliminated customer support tickets by 50 percent."
With DemoWolf flash tutorials on their Web sites, clients will be able to offer their hosting customers the ability to get the support they need themselves. HostPC says its customers' clients can watch flash tutorials of commonly performed tasks with their cPanel control panels, instead of calling or submitting a ticket to find out how to do something in cPanel, thus significantly reducing the number of support tickets being submitted.
