📅 August 21, 2006 - Web hosting provider SharkSpace (sharkspace.com ) announced on Monday it has launched 24-hour live support chat.

SharkSpace says its new live support chat system allows clients to get instant answers to their support questions quickly. The company says the new level of communication that live support chat brings to the table is wonderful and a great asset to the company.

"No one wants to wait for an email when there is a problem that needs to be fixed now," says Scott Jones, the CEO of SharkSpace.

SharkSpace also unveiled its live sales chat with the live support release. Customers can get direct support from technicians and managers on live chat who have full access to the SharkSpace system, thereby ensuring prompt and complete resolution to both technical and sales questions.
