Mar, 2021 : Web Hosting Provider InMotion Hosting Acquires RamNode

📅 March 6, 2021 - Privately held web hosting company InMotion Hosting, via their acquisition arm WebVentures.io, has acquired the assets of RamNode in early February. RamNode is a Cloud VPS hosting company founded in 2012. Financial terms of the acquisition were not (yet) disclosed.
