DataBank Announces New Data Center Build in Pittsburgh, Plans to Double Floor Space

📅 May 26, 2018 - DataBank (databank.com ), a provider of business solutions for colocation, cloud, connectivity, and managed services has announced the expansion of its Pittsburgh facility (PIT1). This key strategic data center location offers direct access to more than 25 fiber carriers – making it one of the most connected data center locations in the Pittsburgh metropolitan area.

DataBank's Pittsburgh data center expansion will add 10,000 square feet of raised floor and 1.5MW of redundant power and be located directly adjacent to the existing 10,000-square-foot data center site. The PIT1 expansion will be ready for service in Q4 2019.
