The Vernon, California site is expected to come online in stages starting late 2026, as demand from cloud providers, AI workloads, and enterprises continues to outpace available supply.
Los Angeles is not an easy place to build data centers. Power is constrained. Land is limited. Permitting takes time. That combination has turned the region into a bottleneck for companies that need capacity close to users and networks.
