Kaseya Announces Merger With All-in-One Enterprise Backup and Continuity Solutions

📅 May 5, 2018 - Kaseya (kaseya.com), a provider of complete IT infrastructure management solutions for managed service providers (MSPs) and mid-market enterprises (MME), has announced it will merge with Unitrends (unitrends.com) – a global provider of ‘all-in-one' enterprise backup and continuity solutions. The merger combines Unitrends' business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR) technologies with Kaseya's ‘IT Complete' suite of management solutions.
