📅 - The DoJ has filed a petition to reopen the Microsoft Email Warrant Case. They are not done with Microsoft yet and the petition is being filed due to a July court ruling stating the warrant issued to seize emails from an Ireland Microsoft server was invalid.
The DoJ has filed a new petition for a hearing in front of the appeals court of the Southern District of New York. This was originally a big victory for Microsoft, but the new petition could change all that.
