Sep, 2016 : Microsoft Data Center to Block Blackouts
📅 - The energy being used by the Microsoft data center in Cheyenne, Wyoming is quickly approaching the 35MW (megawatt) mark. To help ensure the site can continue to grow, Microsoft and its local energy provider, Black Hills Energy, have come up with a creative agreement.
