After Long Outage, DreamHost Works to Get Email Services Working Again

📅 August 1, 2016 - DreamHost experienced a long outage after extremely high loads on the homiemail-sub3 and homiemail-sub5 email clusters. The email outage started last Monday and as of Friday, they still didn't have an idea of when services would be restored.

Last Tuesday, DreamHost believed the outage would only impact some of their customers for a few hours. However, it's still not resolved for some customers and others dealt with an outage for days.
