📅 - With mobile customer support becoming very popular, Microsoft Ventures and others have invested in Helpshift, a mobile customer support platform. The company raised a total of $36.2 million with $23 million coming from Microsoft. The rest came from Salesforce Ventures and other existing investors including Nexus Venture Partners, Visionnaire Ventures, Intel Capital and True Ventures.
Helpshift is based in San Francisco and was created in 2012. The company has customers, such as WordPress, Microsoft, Virgin Media, Zynga and many others.
