The company hasn't released the prices for the new services, but believes the prices will be competitive. It will include cloud hosting plans, such as the UniCloud Budget, Unicloud Standard and Unicloud Enterprise.

The company was established in 1996 and it's headquartered in Scarsdale, New York. They have about 50,000 customers across the globe and also offer dedicated servers, colocation and VPS hosting options. The new additions include hybrid cloud and private cloud solutions.
