Crosswise is headquartered in Tel Aviv and they are an Israeli company. They provide a device map from advanced data science and match the map with multiple devices to individual users. The company provides cross-device advertising solutions with a focus on publishers, adtech and consumer brands.
Oracle was established in 1977 and they are headquartered in Santa Clara, California. The company plans to acquire Crosswise for $50 million and an agreement was signed on April 14, 2016. .
