Hackers Offered $100K by pCloud to Penetrate Their Security


📅 - pCloud has decided they want to try to show how robust their security is for their cloud storage. They recently offered hackers $100K to penetrate their security. The hacker must hack and publish the encryption key on the “Crypto Challenge” page to be eligible. The challenge has ended and pCloud published the key without a hacker getting in.

The company, pCloud, was established in 2013 and headquartered in Zug, Switzerland. They are known as a security cloud storage company with services allowing users to securely and easily share files. The company has grown rapidly with about 4 million customers across the globe.

More than 2,800 hackers tried to break into their system and none were able to penetrate the system.
