Telx is Changing Digital Realty’s Cloud Strategy and Revenue
📅 - Known for colocation and interconnection services, Telx was acquired by Digital Realty Trust, a big name in data centers, last year. Since then, Telx has contributed $13 million in annual revenue just in the fourth quarter of last year. This will change the way Digital Realty provides its cloud services and will continue to boost revenue.
$7 million of Telx's revenue contribution to Digital Realty will stem from interconnection services sold during last quarter. The $6 million remaining comes from data center space and power.
