📅 - Big Blue or IBM, recently acquired the “TV Everywhere” company called Clearleap, Inc. Clearleap is headquartered in Duluth, Georgia and provides a cloud-based IP video platform for delivering TV and other types of media.

IBM, headquartered in Armonk, New York, is a massive brand recognized worldwide. This acquisition is another move in the direction of redefining what IBM does and how they operation. They also acquired the company SoftLayer in 2013, which will play a role in the integration of Clearleap, along with Cleversafe, which was acquired recently, as well.
