📅 - Filipino Web hosting provider and domain name registrar Web.com.ph (web.com.ph👉 Total Reviews: 6 🙌 Average Rating: 6.8 / 10 👍 Good Reviews: 4 👎 Bad Reviews: 2 👈 Official Responses: 0) announced this week that it will enter the global market after three years of operation.
With more than 1,000 Web hosting clients, Web.com.ph president John Oseña says the company has started to "professionalize" its services, launching a 24-hour technical support service based in the Philippines. Using voice over Internet protocol technology, customers can now call the company for inquiries and technical support.
The majority of Web.com.ph customers are from the Philippines, which include newspaper Business Mirror, radio station Joey 92.3, Megaworld Properties, Meralco Industrial Engineering Services, and the Philippine Dental Association. Additionally, about one percent of its clientele is based abroad.
Oseña says he wants to position his company, which started out as a "mom and pop" operation, to serve both Filipino and foreign clients, mainly from the US. Oseña says it hopes to offer more competitive prices to both local and international clients in the near future, and eventually offer quality service via its 24-hour technical support service in the country.
