According to it, the new website boasts updated plans, increased performance and reliability, and customer support. Clients can see user friendly explanations of service and plans, and engage in live chat with a customer service expert. All of this is to ensure that clients feel confident in the company, along with delivering on its mission of providing a powerful and secure hosting environment.

The company mentions that changes to its services include upgrades to their shared hosting and cloud hosting platforms, especially for business clients. Also, resellers now have the option of cloud hosting, along with root access to servers. It now offers unmanaged servers to its clients, granting greater control at a greater value. The company adds that apart from the site and hosting plan revisions, it has revamped its domain hosting business, offering lower pricing, new domain extensions, and other features.
