The company states that with the partnership, which has been in development for nearly a year, ComCanada will rely on its network infrastructure and dedicated onside technicians to power its VoIP services. VoIP technology requires top-tier bandwidth, instant failover protection in the event of outages, redundant infrastructure, and low-latency access to major IP transit backbones. The company helps ComCanada meet each of those critical requirements, making it an ideal hosting provider for VoIP applications.
According to it, ComCanada's VoIP services are compatible with SIP devices, including IP phones, softphones, and Asterisk PBXs. Pricing starts at just CAD $39.95 per month for unlimited calling plans, which offer a variety of key features, including unlimited local and long distance calling, Hosted PBX, call waiting, call forwarding and voicemail. Lite VoIP plans start at just CAD $10.00 per month, and include an Auto Attendant, Ring Groups, Queues, Music on Hold, and dozens of other essential features.
