📅 January 24, 2007 - Reseller hosting provider Hostbreak Web Technologies (hostbreak.com ) announced on Wednesday it is now offering anonymous support for its reseller customers. Hostbreak support department provides support to each reseller when they sign up for a reseller hosting package.

The anonymous support system enables resellers' clients to submit tickets to Hostbreak via personalized helpdesk, which represents that respective reseller) which will be setup for each reseller secretly. Clients of resellers can contact the Hostbreak helpdesk round the clock where it will help them with any problems.

Hostbreak will set up helpdesk for reseller clients, which can be customized and associated with a representing domain URL. The reseller clients can either submit tickets via the URL or a customized email address, which will prompt an email containing the ticket and some related details.

Resellers can also track their ongoings by accessing the support portal. All submitted tickets and their current status can be viewed in the portal, and the reseller can either choose to answer submitted tickets themselves or allow Hostbreak support department to respond.
